- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and persuasion skills.

- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive (1-3 years) or in a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with ecommerce and understanding of market dynamics.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a sense of initiative.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
