Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Educate customers on product features and ensure a positive experience.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma; additional education is a plus.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems is a plus.
