To enable the age verification popup, open your Shopify Admin, go to Online Store → Themes → Customize, click the App Embeds icon, and toggle SB Age Verification ON and click Save — the popup will start showing to your store visitors.
Yes, you can fully customize the popup. From the theme editor, you can choose from multiple pre-designed templates and personalize the logo, background, text colors, fonts, button styles, headings, messages, and animations to match your store’s branding — no coding required.
Open your Shopify Admin → go to Apps → SB: Age Verification → Pop-up settings. In the General tab, enter your desired age (e.g., 16, 18, 21) in the Minimum Age field and click Save. The popup will instantly update to reflect the new age requirement.
The popup may not appear if the SB Age Verification app embed is turned OFF in your theme, or visibility rules are restricting it to specific pages. Go to Online Store → Themes → Customize → App Embeds, ensure SB Age Verification is toggled ON, then save and test on your storefront.We also provide custom support for setup and troubleshooting.
