Intex Plezier, known as Out at Home, started as a family business and has grown into the leading Intex reference in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. With over 15 years of experience, Out at Home specializes in above-ground pools, spas, accessories, and inflatable fun, serving over 100,000 satisfied customers across the Benelux region. The company is dedicated to providing high-quality, affordable outdoor products that create lasting memories for their customers. 

The project involved customizing payment methods, modifying email notifications for both frontend and backend, optimizing the frontend layout (focusing on header changes and image optimization), installing and configuring third-party tools, and providing ongoing website maintenance.

Expectation from Clients

Out at Home aimed to enhance their online shopping experience by customizing payment methods and streamlining email notifications for orders and logins. They expected a visually optimized website layout with improved header designs and image quality, along with seamless integration of third-party tools. What was the Process?

We began by customizing the payment methods on the website to ensure a smooth and secure checkout process for customers. This involved integrating various payment options tailored to the needs of their diverse customer base.

Next, we modified the email notifications system for both frontend and backend, focusing on enhancing the communication flow for order confirmations, login alerts, and other customer interactions.
