In Shopify’s review summaries, merchants praise both apps for hiding prices, easy setup and fast support. SetuBridge users also mention WhatsApp quotes and converting quotes to draft orders. Samita users mention customizable forms and reliability on Shopify Plus.
On support, SetuBridge lists a 1:1 onboarding call from $12.99, and VIP support with a dedicated account manager at $19.99.
Common complaints about Samita.
Its 19 low reviews mention a few themes. Older reviews (2022–2023) say prices still showed in search, recently viewed widgets or on mobile after a theme change. Two recent reviews (2025 and January 2026) describe slow or missed support replies; Samita answered one, citing its support hours. A March 2026 review said PDF layout, translations and tax and shipping display fell short for a complex multilingual store. If any of these matter to you, test them during the 7-day trial. The same advice applies to any quote app, including ours.

Samita’s SA Request a Quote is a solid app with real advantages. These are the ones its listing supports.
